7. Procedural simplification and arrangement

7.1. Licensing process 7.1.1 Except for import restrictions and quantitative restrictions, no license is required for importing goods through the banking system. 7.1.2 The export of goods other than those prohibited for export has been opened. 7.1.3 In cases where export or import license is required, the Department of Commerce will issue a license. 7.2. Provisions on Certificate of Origin 7.4.1 The Ministry of Commerce and Supply will decide on the agency issuing the Certificate of Origin and the service fee charged on it. 7.4.2 Procedure for Obtaining Certificate of Origin Generalized by the Ministry of Commerce and SupplyNick will do. 7.4.3 The amount received for issuing the certificate of origin shall be spent by the issuing body on the development and promotion of export goods. 7.4.4 Monitoring of certificates of origin will be done by the agency designated by the Ministry of Commerce and Supply. 7.4.5 The agency issuing the certificate of origin shall keep the relevant records up-to-date for at least 3 years. The details related to records should be submitted to the agency designated by the Ministry of Commerce and Supply on a quarterly basis.
